Dress code enforcement policy
Effective from 10:00 p.m. until closing time, Oak Texas Bar & Grill maintains a dress code / age verification policy to ensure a productive, safe, and enjoyable environment for employees and patrons. In adherence to this policy, the management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals wearing attire that includes, but is not limited to:
- All Patrons Must Be Over 21 Years of Age With Valid Photo ID and meet the Dress Code
- Sleeveless or tank top shirts (for men)
- Extra-large shirts extending below wrist length (for men)
- Loose-fitting pants
- Loose-fitting shorts worn below the knee
- Visible undergarments or pajamas
- Ripped, torn, or excessively worn shorts, pants, or jeans
- Biker vest or colors
- Sports/athletic apparel, workout attire, tracksuits, or jerseys (unless attending a pre-arranged or reserved post-sporting event or game days)
- Clothing featuring lewd or obscene phrases, drawings, or symbols
- Clothing promoting discrimination or intolerance based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or sexual orientation
- Excessive or extreme visible piercings
- Excessive or extreme tattoos on face or neck.
Guest will not be required to leave due to dress code violations occurring after this time. We kindly ask patrons to refrain from disputing decisions made by security personnel , but should there be any concerns, they may be addressed with the manager.
